Shipping to Canada address

How do I choose a shipping option other than Canada Post? They are currently on strike here in Canada.
There are no other options other than Canada Post and the delivery dates can't be accurate as they are on strike.

Please advise as order is sitting in checkout waiting to be paid for.

I've uploaded my text file, front cover, and back cover. I can preview the Press-ready images of the front cover and the back cover, but the icon for previewing the text file won't stop circling. I cannot preview the text of the book (#615460). What do I need to do?

I am trying to pay for a book and no matter what card I use, I am getting this error. I have tried creating a new project and that wont work as well, still getting this error: Gateway Rejected: avs

I have been trying to check out but the credit card is not bering accepted. I see others have had this problem, but I don't understand what I should do about this. Please help.

Hi there,
This is a updated ad hopefully corrected version of CHIAPAS book and cover. Not perfect
but good. This order is prepaid for two copies shipped to me.

We currently do not have plans to add PayPal as a payment method.

Shipping to multi addresses

I would like to ship to multi addresses but could not find that option.
Also entering another address to ship to resulted in changing the billing address for the credit card.

One order can only be shipped to one address. To ship to multiple address you would need to place multiple orders.
