This page will keep you informed of delivery schedules and when our workshop annex will be closed. We want everyone to receive their goodies in time for celebrating, so as the saying goes:
“Shop Early And Beat The Rush!”

The schedule below is a guideline, not a guarantee.
While we do our best to get all orders printed and shipped as quickly as possible, there are things that we have no control over that can negatively impact delivery timelines. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure you have the best chances of meeting your holiday deadlines.
Don’t Wait Until The Last Minute
When ordering, please know each order requires a manufacturing period and a ship period. Average manufacturing times are listed below, however keep in mind that they can change due to the large holiday volume!
Softcover manufacturing time takes between 4-6 business days*
Hardcover manufacturing time takes between 5-7 business days*
Special product manufacturing time takes between 5-10 business days*
Please Note: Blizzards, power outages, or more likely file issues with your book do happen, so we recommend you order as soon as possible. Postal Delivery errors do occur with increased frequency during the holiday season. We do not issue refunds or reprints due to delivery delays that are beyond our control.

Current Operations Status
Present Issues:
- Shipping to/within Canada: We are seeing significant shipping and delivery delays due to the recently resolved Canada Post strike. Alternate shipping companies such as Purolator, UPS and FedEx are undergoing intermittent pauses in shipments due to the overwhelming demand caused by this strike. While we are doing our best to navigate these issues as best as possible, orders that are delayed in shipping or do not arrive by hopeful deadlines are unable to be refunded.

Please pay close attention to these dates and to the notice at the top of our site, as deadlines are subject to change. Please note that these estimates take into account a delivery date of December 24th (IE. If you need your order earlier than this date, you will need to account for this when placing your order).

Expediting Orders
Our expedite service is suspended during the holiday season starting November 13th. We resume this service on January 2nd.

Hardcover books with Dustjackets are currently functioning under the Premium Imagewrap Hardback. If you are concerned about making a holiday deadline with a Hardcover order we suggest placing orders for Premium Photo Products!

Production during Holidays

With the holiday rush its hard to say when things will go into production and when things will ship. This schedule is based on receiving the book by Christmas. With your order being needed by the 28th, it would be cutting it VERY close. It would also depend on binding and method of shipping.
