Disreputable business

This company is very good for saving money and that is it. They are low quality in every other capacity, they did not get the colors correct on my cover and they packaged my product so poorly that the books literally fell out and smashed on the ground during delivery. This was the second order I made with them, the first order was a book with marks on it, both times they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part and made clear only that they will not be held accountable in anyway, I was basically told to go somewhere else if I didn't like it
