The purpose of this order was to address mistakes in the book, particularly issues with the images. I had made similar orders before. So I specifically uploaded a new PDF file with the corrected images. I also reviewed the preview, which displayed the updated file correctly.
However, it appears that the old file was somehow used instead, resulting in three printed copies of the book with the same errors as before. This has been a very disappointing experience, as I paid a significant amount for these items and did not receive what I ordered.
I kindly request that you redo my orders using the correct file, as this mistake is not on my part. I am willing to return all three books at your expense, as this error was caused by your processing system.
