I just checked the Audio and it works correctly. Can you verify the sound settings are working on your computer, ie make sure other movies play like at youtube.com for example. Let us know what questions you have, and be sure creating your own reusable templates is what you want to do.

I can't hear film. I am having a difficult time getting started since I don't understand and am a visual person. I want to see what I need to do to create a wedding book for friends. I thought I would have more flexibility that with Shutterfly, but perhaps I should use their simple layout instead, even if my cropped photos don't fit their styles.
