Poor packaging

Thanks so much for letting us know and sending us those pictures!

It appears that the carrier had no regard for your package and we are disappointed to see this! We generally have success with our packing methods but this was carelessness on the side of USPS. We thank you for bringing this to our attention! :-)

My most recent photo-book arrived in the UK damaged. The packaging had failed and the book's cover slightly marked. Yo might like to review the strength of your packaging.
