If your upload is taking more than a few minutes this typically means the upload was unsuccessful. We recommend clicking back to Step 1 and attempting the upload again. If you're still having issues after re-attempting you can upload the file to Dropbox and utilize that feature on our upload page or you can reach out to us via email and we can try to assist from there!
For immediate assistance we do recommend that you reach out via email to support@prestophoto.com or via Live Chat (hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm EST).

Project Taking Too Long
Posted:29 Nov 2020 (17:07 UTC)I have been trying to upload a standard-sized books for the past two hours. I created three projects of similar size and this fourth one will not go to preview. Why is it taking so long?
