Thanks for your post!
We do indeed print and ship from the US to the EU. Since customs fees are determined by the destination country and are up to the discretion of the customs official, we do not have a way to determine if an order will or will not be charged customs fees. Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and we do not calculate any potential customs fees into our shipping costs.
