I can assure you we receive thousands of emails per day, unfortunately Fastmail is not the most reliable service. When looking at our logs, we see many attempts by allmail MX block attempting to deliver a message, however, they repeatedly disconnect early. Below is a snippet from our logs. I would contact their customer service for verification.

This is the first we have heard of any issue in contacting us so my engineer took a look into the issue. It appears to be an issue with you mail server, allmail.net

can't reach your support email
Posted:19 May 2017 (05:54 UTC)Email delivery timed out repeatedly trying to send email to support@prestophoto.com. It looks like your support system is inadequate. Buyer beware if you need anything beyond the automated web ordering process!
