I think your best bet for a speedy reply is to email support at PrestoPhoto directly.

Cancelling an order

Posted:04 May 2008 (02:39 UTC)
Hello PrestoPhoto people. Ihave people wanting me to sign there book they buy
from me. I came up with a solution. Instead of buying the book from the
PrestoPhoto website, they can buy it from me. They pay me, I then buy the
book(s) from you, sign them when they get here, and mail them to the
customer.

I've done it three times so far.

A problem has been to get the buyer to see the link I added to my page (now possibly fixed, or at least better). Two
of them missed it, paid you, then found out that they wouldn't get
signed if they had them sent by you. They have cancelled their orders,
and one has ordered through me, which you have sent earlier, and is now
signed, and on it's way. The other cancelled today, and is waiting for you to confirm the cancellation, so that I will order it from you, for signing.

The problem is, I still see the first cancelled order as a sold item on
my page. Do you give a time limit for people to cancel ? They still do buy the book from you, only I pay, and you send it to me. I'd hate to think
that they don't get cancelled, and end up buying more than they planned.

I'm also finished my second book, that I'll be having you make soon :)

It's now in my private gallery, with a public gallery being made to show smaller versions of the artwork.
