Re: PDF page order
Posted:18 Mar 2008 (01:09 UTC)For all of our books the first page of the interior file always prints on the right. Here is a link to a picture of how this looks http://www.prestophoto.com/photos/image/1983/135/132/133
The inside of the covers are always blank white

Posted:15 Mar 2008 (03:56 UTC)I'm trying to upload a book out of Apple's Aperture 2.0. I've made an 8.5X11 book and it has a dust cover in Aperture. So in Aperture, the first page is the cover, the second is the inside of the dust cover. The next 2 pages are blank and the next is my first photo page. I initially tried to upload the entire PDF to PrestoPhoto to make a hard cover book and it stripped off the first and last page which left the insides of the dust covers. So that wasn't what I wanted. I then printed just the front and back as separate pdfs. Then for the inside, I made the first page a blank one, and then the photo pages.
My question is, does PrestoPhoto print a blank page first as the first page? Should I leave it out? Or will the first page in the PDF, be the first thing I see when I open the cover of the book? That is what I am guessing.
Let me know.
Thanks!
Andrew
