Oops! You do not have ownership of "xxxx"

Thanks. After a little experimentation I finally discovered how the whole "product" system works. The paradigm seems pretty sophisticated but not at all intuitive and not really explained anywhere that I could find.

I'm pretty nerdy so if I had this much trouble figuring this out, I'm thinking the PrestoPhoto folks are losing some income from regular folks who can't. (:sad:)

Hi Mike,

The product was not checked as "Available" on the bottom of the edit product. I tweaked that and it can now be seen.

Although everyone I've sent the URL to can see the photos in the gallery I've posted, they get the above error when they click "Order Print."

I've tried a bunch of different security settings, including none, but can't get past this. Any suggestions, anyone? Thanks.
