Gloss available? Forum?

Currently, our 8.5x11 and 8.5x8.5 do not come with a gloss option for paper. However, the paper is very nice and most creators are happy with the look. Our 11x8.5 is only gloss paper.

I want to make sure I'm not missing anything.... is it true that none of your hardcover formats are available with gloss paper? Will this be a future feature? Also, have you discontinued the public forum, I can't seem to find it today?
