If you're seeing different options on the Buy Now page, there is a good chance your Apple Book was exported improperly. If you re-export following the steps shown here: https://www.prestophoto.com/create/apple-photo-books and re-upload to the site, you should see all of the options you're used to! If you're still not seeing the options you're used to, please contact us with your Project ID# (or a link to your project) and we would be happy to take a look!

Posted:16 Oct 2020 (06:41 UTC)I previously uploaded an apple book and had it printed no problem. I have just gone to do another one and tried to choose hardcover with image wrap (exactly what I did last time). I have tried 5 times and each time it converts it to softcover and smaller options. Is there an issue with the websight at the moment?
