Cover Pages for Seamless Layflat

The "Cover Margin Settings" section above lacks the specific detail I need to set up a hardcover wrap-around in Affinity Publisher. I would like to see a setup similar to what I see in Apple Photos with a BC/FC page, then Page 1. But what in AP I see a single page for Page 1, then Pages 2,3 - 18,19 facing, then a single page for Page 20. Do I need to create a separate file for the cover wrap-around image?
