You can certainly make a photo book with JPG images. To begin designing you'll want to use our Online Designer tool here: https://www.prestophoto.com/designer/?group=Photo+Book Create your project, upload your images and start placing! If you need help with using our Online Designer, we have a help page full of tips, tricks and even some video tutorials which you can see here: https://www.prestophoto.com/help/Online+Book+Designer
