Confused about that red and yellow boarder...

Thank you for your comment! Those are the caution guides - the red one is the important one for standard sized books. Anything under the red guide is not guaranteed to be or not to be printed. When placing my photos in the templates there is a lite red and yellow boarder, what does that mean? I'm assuming it means that any part of my photo that is under that boarder will be cut out? I just need to know if I should be re-sizing all my photos.
