The $10 fee is per book, so if you order 10 copies of the same book, you only have to pay the fee once. However, since you are ordering different sizes, they are each individual line items, so the charge will reflect for each of them.

Multiple Book Sizes

I understood from your website that I only need to pay the $10 fee once to remove PrestoPhoto's website branding on the back cover when ordering multiple copies of the same book. However, it shows a separate $10 fee for each size. Is there a way to correct this?
