iphoto photo book

(:confused:) I uploaded one pdf created in iPhoto. My outside cover looks okay, but the flaps of the dust jacket seem to have become the first and last pages of the book, which I definitely don't want. Step 2 has been generating a preview of my dust jacket for more than 20 minutes. Do I need to start over with two separate pdf files?
