Typically when the pageflip is looping it is a browser concern. I would suggest making sure you are using either Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome - then delete your cookies, empty your cache and try again.
If this doesn't correct the concern then please let support know by emailing support@prestophoto.com with the project ID number, and we'll take a closer look!

Posted:25 Jul 2012 (02:04 UTC)I have been waiting for my pageflip interior preview to process (actually, any preview) and it has been 4.5 hrs. is this normal? my pdf is 212 mb. what should i be doing? - ryan
