Greetings, Rachel! You can just leave the back cover blank. If there is an image on the back cover, you can also delete it in the cover step.

I'm not sure that i understand how to handle the cover in the iPhoto pdf so that you are clear as to which page i want for the wrap around cover. If i just want 1 photo on the front and no photo on the back and I'm doing an image wrap cover do i put the photo for the cover on page 2 of my pdf and leave the iPhoto cover and jacket flap pictures blank?
