iPhoto Inside Flaps now Pages

Same with the front and back cover. The book on iPhoto looks as I want it to, but PrestoPhoto wants me to add a front and back cover and the covers/inside flaps in iPhoto are now pictures within the book. Help, please! (:confused:)

Hi, I just uploaded a pdf version of my iPhoto book which, in iPhoto, shows an inside flap at the front and back and a back cover with pictures and text; however, these become inside pages when I look at them in viovio. How do I fix this?
