11x8.5 Dust jacket option

Currently we don't have a template for the dust jacket because it follows the same guidelines as the standard 11x8.5 format. It's because we don't print on the inside flaps.

I see in the pricing and checkout options, that 11x8.5 size book is available with a dust jacket over black suede. Do you have a template for the cover layout for the dust jacket?
