The back of die cut cover image

Yep, the background color of the cover image is something you choose. By default it is black, however, you can choose any color.

I would like to order a die cut hardcover 11x8.5 book. I have uploaded the image that will peek through the window. It's a full size image, I don't want it to be scaled. I've read in other posts that the back of that page is going to be plain, the same color as the background of the cover image. But my image does not have a plain background color, it's a pattern, it looks like grey leather. Is there a way for me to select the background color for the back of that page?
