With more than 12 years of industry experience, I would like to introduce my "split personality photography". Every angle of a wedding has something different to show and not always the same way to be seen. Altering and continually changing styles is necessary to create a good cache of the day. In this theory you will acquire a few different views of imagery from me, some similar and some incomparably unique.
I love to travel and capture a vision of life. Capture a vision of a place, of a day, of a feel, or of that random moment when you are really "you".
A bride is a very special and distinctive affair. She offers the step toward personal growth and emotional gain, as in the same stride she shows her child. To another person, she offers her wonder and unchaste faith for the future. I try to capture this, in a single moment - or a series of events. The things you feel, I am here to document. Whether it is a passage to commitment or an affirmation of love, I would like to share in this event and help you always remember what brought you together.
My main focus is wedding photography, although I also shoot family events and on-location senior portraits. I incorporate films of color, black and white, and infrared into all jobs to give variation on the final product. To produce a final product I provide options on printing surface and a few creative processes. Digital colorization or retouching is available as well as traditional hand coloring.
The area I work in is as wide as I am flexible. I am based in Traverse City, but will go north to Petoskey and Charlevoix, east to Gaylord, and south to Beulah. I will entertain any budget, although packages run in the thousand dollar range. A typical package includes a proof book that is yours to keep (received within a month), 10-30 enlargements, as well as your master DVD when our contract is complete.
