There was a very colorful sunset last week, so I decided to get a shot from a wooden deck at the Jinhae Bay. I wasn't the only one who had that thought. This photographer was trying to hand hold his camera; he stayed still enough for me to get this shot at a 0.8 second exposure

I'll bet your shot was sharper than his shot! You got a nice image and, IMHO, it's better for the inclusion of that photographer. That made for a much better and interesting composition in my opinion.

Thanks Rusty, as you know, I like night photography. I think Buddha likes me, that's why he brought this photographer to the same dock.

Nice shot, Joe. I really like the softness of the hills and clouds at the horizon. I should give the photographer in your picture the benefit of the doubt - maybe the idea was blur, not sharp focus! But if you're going to handhold, and there is a nice wide flat railing in front of you, why on earth wouldn't you rest your elbows on it?!

Excellent Question, Courtney. I think the Buddha, knowing that I was going there for a photo shoot, sent him there especially to pose for me. He was there with his buddy who had a tripod, but this guy was hand holding. If I didn't have my tripod, I would have put my camera on the rail, but, hey, that's me. Glad you like it.

Wonderful shot Joe! I love the colors you captured in the sky.
