Thanks so much for reaching out!
We actually do not print on the inside covers of our books (with the exception of our Seamless Layflat Photo Albums - which require a more specific design setup) All of our books begin with a single leading page that appears alone on the right hand side when you open the book.
When designing, we recommend either including a page of content or simply a blank page before the rest of the pages in your book. This will ensure that your pagination is correct throughout.

Inset Pages
Posted:18 May 2021 (00:28 UTC)The 2nd and 3rd page of my book is supposed to be an inset page (the other side of the cover and the next page). How can I adjust this when I print.
