Design the New Forum Header

This contest is to design a new header for the PCEC forum. Submit your entries and vote for a winner. Three votes per person will be allowed. Entries excepted until December 31st, 2010. Voting will end January 7th, 2011. Requirements for the header are posted on the forum.
