Croatia: Zagreb to Dubrovnik

I arrived in Zagreb in late September, as the city celebrated the end of summer interspersed with autumn showers. From there to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, with its interconnected, cascading lakes in varying shades of blue and green, separated by natural dams of travertine. The rest of my visit to Croatia was devoted to the Dalmatian coast of the Adriatic Sea, from Zadar to Dubrovnik - by land and by sea, stopping in Trogir, Split, Hvar, Korcula, Mljet and more.
